Halal MUI
Products are certified Halal by the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) — the recognized national halal authority. Required for import into the Middle East, Malaysia, and Muslim-majority markets.
BPOM Registration
All exported products are registered with BPOM — Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control. Guarantees compliance with Indonesian food safety standards required for official export documentation.
Export License (NIE/SIUP)
PT Arisyafood Global Niaga holds an active Indonesian Export License (NIE) and business trade permit (SIUP), confirming our legal status as a registered export entity under Indonesian commercial law.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
We issue a Certificate of Origin (Form E or Form D) through KADIN, required for preferential tariff treatment under ASEAN FTAs and bilateral trade agreements.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture for each shipment, confirming goods are free from plant pests and diseases — required by most agricultural import authorities worldwide.
Health Certificate
Issued for each food product batch by the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority, confirming products are safe for human consumption and meet health regulations of importing countries.

Raw Material Inspection
All incoming raw materials are inspected for freshness, moisture levels, and contamination before production begins.
In-Process Monitoring
Production staff perform continuous checks on weight, texture, colour, and consistency throughout manufacturing.
Finished Goods Sampling
Random samples from each production batch are tested for sensory quality, shelf life compliance, and packaging integrity.
Lab & Regulatory Testing
Where required, samples are sent to accredited laboratories for microbiological, heavy metal, and nutritional analysis.
Documentation Preparation
All export documents — Halal cert, BPOM, COO, Phyto, and Health Certificate — are collated and verified before shipment is sealed.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final check of packed cartons: count verification, label accuracy, batch code consistency, and seal integrity before loading.
